Excellent location, 5-10min walk to Victoria St, very safe at night to walk back to. We got to access our room almost straight away at 12 noon when we arrived. Reception staff informed us about the number 24 bus, found at the foot of the road, which was a very regular service and took us to all of the tourist attractions. We booked a twin room and got a single and a double bed. Flat screen TV and we were one storey up and had access to outside balcony.

It was a very nice hotel, not luxurious but very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. It was also close to Victoria Station making transport easy.

Very close to the city centre and public transport, hotel is located on a street with little traffic. Furniture fairly new, fridge in the room, TV with Italian channel. More than enough clean towels, changed everyday

We were checked in and shown to our room before our check in time of 12pm. We booked the triple room which had a double and single bed. Really clean and comfortable. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Breakfast was good. The location was quiet and ten minutes walk from Victoria Station. Bus stop and taxi were available just down the road. All staff were polite and helpful. We would stay again.

Our room was a reasonable size, the bed was comfy, the shower was good and most importantly the whole room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good and everyone working there seemed friendly and helfpul.
